The symposium will be held at the University of Nottingham Club, located on the picturesque University Park campus. For directions to the campus, we refer you to the following pages:

Directions to University Park

The closest airport is East Midlands, a short train or bus ride from Nottingham City Centre (single train ticket from East Midlands Parkway = £3.50). The university is also accessible from Birmingham International Airport (single = £19 via Birmingham New Street) and London Heathrow (single = £60 via London St Pancras). Accommodation

As the symposium will take place during undergraduate termtime, accommodation on campus is limited. However, we refer you to the University’s accommodation services for information on rooms in student halls of residence, from £21.50 (room only):

On-campus accommodation

There are several affordable B&Bs located in nearby Beeston, a short bus or taxi ride from the University Park campus. Prices range from £25-£60/night:

There are also hotels in Nottingham city centre, which may be more convenient for those travelling long distances. These cover a range of prices; Premier Inn and Holiday Inn (both located on Castle Marina) and Ibis Hotels offer rooms from £40, while the recommendations below are slightly more expensive:
